The company, established in 1947 and headquartered in Lebanon, founded HOLDAL s.a.l in 1992 to meet the needs of the expanding companies within the Abou Adal Group.

Specializing in retail, distribution, manufacturing, and supply chain services in sectors such as beauty and grooming, personal and household care, healthcare, wellbeing, lifestyle, and luxury.

In 2010, an extensive 10-year transformation initiative was initiated to foster the right culture, governance, and ensure the long-term sustainability of this third-generation family business.

In March 2019, a new era commenced with a focus on intrapreneurship, innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, and impact.
